The rooms come with a balcony and there is a great variety of delicious food available for breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay, had good 1 day overall. The rooms were fairly quiet here with an oven, balcony, as example. The location was wonderful - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

We spent 1 night in beautifully decorated standard king room with clean bathroom. The location was peaceful, on the outskirts of Gulpen, it's a plus.

The staff is friendly and excellent. the bed is comfortable. - the room includes an electric kettle, individual safe, and central heating. - the location is ideal, close to Maastricht and the motorway to the DFDS Ferry Terminal, as well as bars, restaurants, and the Netherlands.

Restaurant Miro is a few steps away from the hotel. Adjacent to Klooster Wittem. Location was good, 10 miles to Maastricht airport, perfectly reachable. Nice beds.

Clean decorative comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly and service oriented staff. Excellent breakfast. 20 min from Maastricht, 15 from Valkenburg and 20min from Aken. Very central location.

Bookings.com webpage says there is free WIFI at the hotel. But there is no WIFI at all. Webpage should be updated!

The staff here were friendly and attentive, and I had a great stay that was longer than just one night, even though it's about 30 km away from the airport.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms excellent (we had luxury room), clean, in perfect order. Restaurant very good and friendly. Included breakfast very good: plenty of all and quickly updated. Overall: highly recommended. Plenty of free parking; indoor parking for rented bikes.

Haven't tried internet: we were there for leisure. We did not try their sauna either as we biked to Thermae 2000 for a day. So we can't comment on those facilities. The kitchen closed at 21:00 and that was a bit early for us; however, the staff still fixed something for our hungry mouths.

Facilities for disabled guests, Wi-Fi, car park, room service, meeting facilities. The staff is so dedicated to making my stay pleasant, it's almost annoying. Lunch only on weekends, perfect excuse to gorge on food.

My room didn't have windows, but who needs fresh air anyway?

The room was nicely decorated with a balcony, just as I expected. There was plenty of outstanding food available for meals. - the hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, with supermarkets, restaurants, and easy access to the motorway for travel to the DFDS Ferry Terminal at IJmuiden.

The place was fairly clean, the staff was friendly, there were some delightful restaurants, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - I have never been in a better hotel.

The personal attention of the personnel; we were there during the Germany-Uruquay match and watched this on big screen in a meeting room especially set up for this purpose. Various staff came in every now and then and even brought us some nibbles from the Bar!

No airconditioning in the rooms, no ventilators available from the hotel. Granted, the weather was exceptionally hot but we ended up having to buy a ventilator in town in order to cool ourselves down. We would expect a 4-star hotel to provide this automatically.
